The Fenton Area Chamber of Commerce will kick off 2013 with a money saving topic for local businesses. Beginning in 2013, Ameren Missouri will invest $147 million to improve the energy efficiency of their industrial and commercial customer base through the Ameren Missouri Business Energy Efficiency Program. The new Business Energy Efficiency Program, available to all non-residential electric customers of Ameren Missouri, offers cash incentives for the upgrade of equipment, control systems and process improvements that will save energy. Energy-efficiency improvements to commercial buildings have multiple benefits beside energy savings, including increased comfort for employees and customers, increased productivity, extended equipment life, and lower maintenance costs.
To help our members learn more about the Ameren Missouri Energy Efficiency Program, including how to apply for cash incentives for implementation of energy efficiency measures, a program representative will attend the monthly membership meeting of the Fenton Area Chamber of Commerce on January 9th at AB Soccer Park- 1 Soccer Park Drive, Fenton, Missouri. Cost is $18 members; $20 guests. All attendees must RSVP by calling 636-717-0200. |
