Executive Director, Jeannie Braun, was named to the Small Business Monthly list of "100 St. Louisans You Should Know" Jeannie was honored at a luncheon along with others who made the list. Please help in congratulating Jeannie as this is a tremendous accomplishment and quite deserved as she strives to make the Fenton Area Chamber of Commerce better each day.

Lorie Lofquist, D.C. and Angela Woodson, D.C. are honored with the award presented in Jefferson City, on January 18, 2012.
Chiropractic Wellness Center, a family-focused chiropractic office in Fenton, opened its doors in June of 2011. A lot of hard work and dedication was needed to get the practice up and running, which would not have been possible without the help of Ron Mueller of Missouri Small Business and Technology Development Center (MO SBTDC).
MO SBTDC helps small businesses get off the ground by providing assistance with business plan development and resource guidance. Chiropractic Wellness Center is one of their 21 success stories being honored with this award in Missouri.
On January 18, a banquet will be held in honor of these businesses, including an award presentation. On January 19, Chiropractic Wellness Center will be featured at the Client Showcase on the third floor rotunda of the Missouri State Capitol building. A breakfast with the Missouri legislature will take place as well as meet and greet with the representative that morning.
The purpose of these events is two-fold: First, to celebrate Chiropractic Wellness Center’s success and note their achievements as innovators and entrepreneurs. It also serves as a way to educate the State legislature about their accomplishments and their experience in working with Missouri Small Business and Technology Development Center.
Dr. Lofquist and Dr. Woodson are honored to accept the award and look forward to talking with the Missouri legislature about the importance of small businesses, MO SBTDC and chiropractic.
